Caron, you delight my heart. I am so happy that you leave me little messages here. I am even happier that we have somehow maintained a friendship that completely ignores the very strange fact that I haven't seen you for years and you are very far away. It's like receiving candies. Thank you.

i was just remembering when we went to see the "be good tanyas" together at the saddlecreek bar in omaha. we were the only people there. you were nursing (slow-sipping) a two dogs beer.

we were in nebraska this past weekend. if you drive from ohio to nebraska, know what state you go RIGHT THROUGH, or have you forgotten?! let's make some ILLINOISE!
